Logosol Control Center (LCC)

Logosol Control Center is a powerful utility intended to simplify the setting up and testing of robots and prealigners as part of the Logosol Wafer Handling Platform. It contains several modules:

  • Terminal emulator
  • Station parameters editor
  • System state, Axes positions, Input/Outputs state and control
  • Error state browser
  • Commands sequencer
